General information

We collect personal information ('Information') that we receive from you via email and from the registration forms you fill out.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement and Consent to Process Personal Data.

We also collect information when you volunteer to take surveys in which we invite you to participate, or when you leave feedback, comments or other information on our panelist site.

If the registration process is not successfully completed, we do not retain information concerning you other than the limited information necessary to prevent fraud or misuse.

You don't have to answer every question; there is always an 'abstain from answering' option in such cases. The answers to these questions will remain confidential unless you openly and explicitly consent to your answers to these questions along with your personal information being sent to the research clients for further in-depth analysis.

In addition, we collect information from you with your consent, in particular when you respond to survey invitations that we may send you or when you voluntarily provide it in other cases. Your answers to such surveys are your choice. In some situations, we may need your additional or even explicit consent when it is appropriate or necessary. Activities in general and the principle of the panel are described in more detail in our Rules.
